Chef Nicholas

Chef Nicholas's journey took him from Pennsylvania to the CIA to some of the most competitive kitchens around the globe, including Günter Seeger in NYC (1 Michelin star) and Noma in Copenhagen (3 Michelin stars). Along the way, he learned about different Nordic cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors, developing his unique style of cuisine. He fell in love with the food world and became convinced he wanted to share his passion with others.

Today, Chef Nicholas shares his love for cooking and teaches others, including Forbes Magazine, how to prepare delicious meals using fresh ingredients from local farms. His travels and experiences inspire his recipes, and he is committed to using sustainable methods to produce healthy and delicious food. Chef Nicholas's journey from a young boy cooking with his grandmothers to an accomplished chef and recipe developer inspires everyone with a dream and a passion for the culinary arts.

Chef Gabriele 

Chef Gabriele is a 27-year-old Italian chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. He studied at the prestigious Eccelsa Academy of High Food Taste Training, which is among the top 40 cooking schools in the world, as recognized by the World Association of Chefs' Societies. Gabriele honed his skills further by working in several Michelin guide restaurants like "Alex" in Lecce, "Gatto Rosso" in Taranto, and "Delicatessen" in Milan.

Gabriele's passion for cooking led him to become a head chef at 23 in an iconic restaurant in Milan called "40," which opened in 1979. After gaining more valuable experience, he returned to his hometown to work in a vast "Medì," where he received a glowing review from the national paper "Corriere della Sera." The review described Gabriele's cuisine as "Mediterranean with a look to the future." It defined him as "a talented young chef, with a critical eye in the serving and taste, a magnificent surprise."

Gabriele has also lent his expertise and knowledge to others by providing consultancy services to three restaurants. He even worked as a consultant to develop a series of frozen products. 

Chef Jonathan

Chef Jonathan’s recent role as Private Sole Yacht Chef aboard the Motor Yacht Antares in Jupiter, FL, honed his skills in crafting tailored menus for up to 12 guests and 7 crew, accommodating individual dietary needs and preferences across various dining styles. Jonathan's expertise extends to provisioning for extended trips and sourcing premium organic ingredients domestically and internationally. Beyond his culinary prowess, Jonathan seamlessly integrated into maritime operations, demonstrating proficiency in vessel maintenance and event coordination.

Jonathan served as a Private Chef at Lune De Miel in Sea Island, GA, overseeing daily menus for a prominent household with a capacity of up to 35 guests. He orchestrated elaborate dinner themes and managed kitchen operations here, showcasing his culinary finesse amidst prestigious settings. Jonathan's culinary journey, spanning notable establishments like Stefano's Grill and District Table & Bar, underscores his versatility and leadership in menu planning, kitchen management, and event execution, culminating in a career defined by culinary excellence and personalized service.
